When will points be allocated

Poor scheduling of matches resulting in unnecessary stress for players.
My daughter played all her singles matches in 2 days which I think is unacceptable when it's a 5 day tournament.
No communication and a simple message saying the tournament was going to be rescheduled over 4 days might have prepared the players better and spared parents the unnecessary expense of accommodation/flights etc as we could easily have flown home 2 days earlier.
Also put chairs on the courts for the players. And advise if there are tuckshop facilities.
